A long time ago, a time almost lost to memory, I was playing with a Technodrome, a toy that represented, if memory serves me right, a portable enemy headquarters.
I remember I was able to play with it for probably what amounted to maybe 30 minutes at most, and I remember being fascinated by the enormous size of this gargantuan toy, the pleasing roundness of the shape, and the intricacy inherent in its design.
I cannot deny the jealousy I may have felt as a child for this toy that my friend had. A jealousy of an instant, an innocent jealousy like any child has.

Looking at an image of it brought back fleeting memories of the joys I had as a young child sharing it with my friend for those brief fleeting moments many years ago.
While a child, I was an avowed adherent of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series.
Incredibly, one can find Technodromes and other Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles memorabilia online.
I sometimes wonder whether I should purchase one and place it in a glass case under twenty-four-seven armed-guard on the 15th basement floor of my private apartments in Rome, or whether I should merely window shop.
I sometimes wonder whether it deserves a place in my vast collection of trinkets, and I decide that it most definitely does. One day it will enter my vast collection of odds and ends, to be admired in those brief moments when I reminisce.
